We are all equal under the law, believers and nonbelievers alike. Named after the John Lennon song; for all the athiests, non-religious, and non-Christians among us. The historical precedent? Thomas Jefferson once wrote “Christianity neither is, nor ever was a part of the common law.”(in a letter to Dr. Thomas Cooper, February 10, 1814).
